Included Features:

3-Way Calling

You can talk with two people at the same time with a three-way conversation on your wireless phone. Airtime and other charges, which may include toll or long distance charges, will apply for both calls until you end one.

Call Forwarding

Forward your calls to another phone number, including your home or office number. Your wireless phone will not ring until you deactivate the service. When forwarding calls to phone numbers outside your local calling area, you’ll be billed for any toll, long distance, and airtime charges incurred. Additional per-minute charges may apply to all forwarded calls.

Call Waiting

This feature lets you know when another caller is trying to reach you while you’re on another call. You will hear a short tone. After you hear the Call Waiting tone, you’ll have approximately 30 seconds to answer before the second caller hears a standard message or is forwarded to your Voice Mailbox. If you answer the call, airtime and other usual charges will apply to both calls until you end one.

Caller ID

See the caller’s phone number before you take the call. Caller ID may display the name and number of the person calling on your wireless phone (for all unblocked numbers). It may also display the name of the person if you’ve stored it in your phone’s memory. Calls can usually be returned by pressing one button. Caller ID is not available on all calls, on all equipment or in all areas.

Basic Voice mail

Takes a caller’s message when you can’t answer the phone. Indicates that you have a message waiting.

411 Directory Assistance

Directory assistance with automatic call completion. An operator will assist you when you request numbers, addresses and information for anything from restaurants and movies to the nearest 711 store. Simply press 4-1-1 and SEND from your handset. $1.63 per call plus airtime.

Optional Features & Services:

InTouch America wireless equipment insurance is available for only $4.99/month.Complete protection for your wireless equipment at a low price. If your phone is inoperable for any reason, stolen, damaged or malfunctioning you can be covered for the low cost of only $4.99 per month. Your handset is insured for up to $250.00 per loss. A $45.00 deductible applies to all covered losses. Some restrictions apply. InTouch America will always help you stay connected by giving you a loaner phone while your phone is being repaired.

Text Messaging

Send and receive text messages of up to 160 characters right on your two-way messaging capable phone. You can choose from any of the 3 available text message packages and just pay the additional monthly access charge. Additional text will be billed at $0.15 for messages sent and received thereafter. Sent and received text messages are not being deducted from a calling plan’s airtime.
